Senior .NET Developer

Job Title: .NET Developer
Location: Leitrim (Hybrid Working)
Salary: €50,000 – €65,000 DOE

About the Role
We are working with a well-established and growing technology company based in Leitrim that is looking to hire a talented .NET Developer to join their development team. This is a hybrid role based in Leitrim, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of internal and customer-facing software projects in a collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of modern web applications while working closely with product, QA, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET and C#

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code

• Work with SQL databases to build efficient data models and queries

• Develop and maintain front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years’ experience working with .NET and C#

• Strong experience working with SQL databases

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Experience building and maintaining web applications

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Experience

• Experience with modern .NET frameworks (e.g., .NET Core / .NET 6+)

• Familiarity with REST APIs

• Experience with source control (e.g., Git)

• Understanding of Agile development practices
